Overview
Around 30 million Americans lack adequate health insurance, leading to limited access to essential health services due to factors such as cost, availability, and low health literacy. This deficiency often escalates minor health issues into severe, costly medical conditions, exemplifying the snowball effect where preventable diseases become life-altering.
Fort Care Clinic revolutionizes community health with a mobile clinic offering comprehensive health services, ensuring accessible quality care tailored to patient needs, regardless of their insurance status. We strive to excel in bringing essential healthcare and literacy directly to communities, providing convenient and vital care with a focus on school children and athletes' readiness for academics and sports, as well as health maintenance for under/uninsured individuals and underserved communities.
Fort Care medical mobile clinic will travel around Chicagoland and neighboring suburbs providing care to communities across the lifespan, from pre-school aged to geriatrics. We intend to build and expand our service to several medical mobile clinics enabling us to provide more jobs and serve more communities throughout IL and eventually neighboring states, in need of primary and preventative care services that are easily accessible and cost effective.
